Carl Feldbaum grew up in Philadelphia, and graduated from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. After serving as an Assistant District Attorney in his hometown, he was hired by Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox to assist in the investigation and prosecution of crimes committed by the Nixon Administration. Following Watergate, Carl served as Inspector General for Defense Intelligence in the Pentagon where he was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, founded Palomar Corporation, a national security think tank, served as Chief of Staff to Senator Arlen Specter, and was the founding President of the Biotechnology Industry Organization. Two of Carl's three brothers also now live in the Wood River Valley.
