Community
The Wood River Jewish Community is a religious, social and activities oriented congregation nestled in the Sawtooth Wilderness in South Idaho. With over 225 full and part-time families and individuals we welcome Reform, Conservative and Orthodox Jews, but follow the practices of Reform Judaism as a congregation. We are a community who enjoys outdoor life - hiking, bikiing, fishing, camping, nordic skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing and more. We also take great advantage of the robust arts, theater, literature and learning offerings that are available in our community in additional to the myriad of services, events and educational opportunities provided by the Wood River Jewish Community. We are a congregation that prays together and plays together. We heal together and we stay in good health together. We are #mountainjews.
